Ghizah has partnered with Porter to ensure efficient and secure delivery of your food orders. Our delivery partners are trained to handle your meals with care, ensuring they arrive in the best condition.


2. Delivery Areas

2.1 Service Coverage:
Ghizah currently delivers to selected areas within Ahmedabad Only. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your address in the Ghizah app or website.

2.2 Expanding Coverage:
We are continuously working to expand our delivery network. Stay tuned for updates as we add more locations to serve you better!


3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery times typically range between 30-60 minutes depending on:

  • Restaurant preparation time
  • Distance from the restaurant to your location
  • Traffic and weather conditions

3.2 Real-Time Tracking:
You can track your order in real-time via the Ghizah app. We provide updates at every stage—from preparation to dispatch and delivery.

3.3 Delays:
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., heavy traffic, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances). Ghizah will keep you informed in case of significant delays.


4. Delivery Charges

4.1 Standard Delivery Fee:
Delivery charges may vary depending on the restaurant, distance, and order value. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4.2 Free Delivery Offers:
Occasionally, Ghizah may offer free delivery promotions or discounts. These will be clearly indicated in the app or website during the promotion period.


5. Tamper-Proof Packaging

5.1 Safety First:
All Ghizah orders are sealed with tamper-proof packaging to ensure your meal is safe and untouched during delivery. If you receive an order with a broken seal, do not accept the delivery and contact customer support immediately.


6. Failed Deliveries

6.1 Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Ghizah is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6.2 Unavailability:
If you are unavailable to receive your order, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you within 10 minutes of arrival, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

6.3 Restricted Access:
If the delivery partner is unable to access your location due to security restrictions (e.g., gated communities, office premises), please arrange to meet them at the entrance or provide clear instructions.


7. Special Instructions

You can add specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the door, call upon arrival) while placing your order. Our delivery partners will do their best to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment in all situations.


8. International Deliveries

Ghizah currently operates only within India and does not support international deliveries.
